Job Description
Ingram Micro is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Associate who will oversee Podio flow and system operations to ensure timely invoicing for all marketing activities. This role involves addressing Podio Helpdesk inquiries and managing contract-related issues for various marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, agency partners, and program managers to drive successful marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Effectively managing the marketing platform.
– Resolving marketing-related cases using established tools.
– Adhering to SLA and documented processes for case resolution.
– Proactively providing solutions for issues that arise within the marketing function.
Shift Schedule: Night
Work Setup: Hybrid (10x a month in-office).
