Job Description
Our Company is actively seeking an SEO(Search Engine Optimization) Assistant from the Philippines for a full-time role. We are looking to add a strong team member to our Customer Service Department. The position requires working from 9 AM – 5 PM EST and offers a monthly salary of $500 USD.
We need someone who is motivated, flexible and demonstrates leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Has the ability to resolve 90% of client requests within 48 hours
- Has the ability to resolve 70% of the clients receive reports at least once a month.
- Willing to take unexpected client calls during work hours
- Comfortable being on camera, as much of our client reporting occurs through screen share programs like Loom.
Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of SEO or has at least 1 year of experience in SEO
- Should have a neutral accent or preferably American accent
- Should be comfortable working 9 am – 5 pm EST.
- Digitally proficient including excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
