Job Description
Position Summary: Provide general support to computer users, resolving issues while maintaining hardware and software for business operations. Ensure 24/7 server availability and management.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage server hardware and software (Windows, Vmware, Linux).
- Monitor server performance and provide updates to IT management.
- Implement IT security measures and conduct regular backups.
- Maintain documentation of server configurations and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge in server and backup management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and cloud services.
Job Type: Full-time
