Job Description
As a Server Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting server systems. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our server infrastructure.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Installing, configuring, and monitoring server hardware and software
- Managing server security and implementing best practices
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting server issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize server performance
- Documenting server configurations and procedures
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of server technologies and protocols. You must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent problem-solving skills.
