Job Description
FOR ITALIAN RESTAURANT CONCEPT
Job Objective:
To organize and supervise, with a view on providing fast and efficient food and beverage service.
Qualification:
- Graduate of High School, Vocational, or Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or similar field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Great time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven customer service experience and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Attends to all guest needs.
- Experience working as a Waitress in a restaurant.
- Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct.
- Ensure that food and beverage ordered by guests are delivered on time within the company standard.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table setup following the company standards.
- Adheres to company code of conduct.
- Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees.
- Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior.
- Experience from a casual dining or quick-service restaurant.
- Excellent customer service skills.
