Job Description
FOR THAI RESTAURANT CONCEPT
Job Objective:
To organize and supervise, aiming to provide fast and efficient food and beverage service.
Qualification:
- Graduate of High School, Vocational or Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or similar field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven customer service experience and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Attends to all guest needs.
- Experience working as a Waitress in a restaurant.
- Respond to customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure accurate food and beverage orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Responsible for table cleanliness and set-up per standards.
- Adhere to company code of conduct.
- Demonstrate respect towards superiors and colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience from casual dining or quick service restaurant preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
