Job Description
As a server at Smart Career Outsourcing Services Co, you will be responsible for a range of duties including taking customer orders, greeting guests, serving food and beverages, and maintaining hygiene standards. You will also handle payment transactions, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in arranging table settings, bussing and resetting tables, and coordinating payments.
This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask various front-of-the-house duties, and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant. It may also involve preparing bills, processing payments, and memorizing the menu. Sensory evaluation of wines and responsibility for organizing drinks and glassware may be part of the role as well.
