Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with Customer Care, Warehouse team, and Service Engineer for Quotation and Sales Order preparation for clients.
- Coordinating schedules and preparing Travel Requests for equipment service appointments.
- Compiles and encodes all Service Reports to ERP.
- Compiles all documents needed for Billing.
- Perform other assigned functions by the immediate head.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Management or related courses.
- Prior administrative or customer service experience, preferably in heavy equipment industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
