Job Description
- Identifies or evaluates customer inquiries related to vehicle documentation, PMS, repair, technical concern, parts concern, and warranty.
- Provides PMS quotations to customers and prepares quotations for minor and major repairs.
- Coordinates real-time scheduling by booking appointments and quotations.
- Processes vehicle concerns at service centers and updates repair status.
- Manages vehicle warranty issues and documentation.
- Handles unit releasing and daily customer monitoring reports.
- Submits weekly reports and assists with other assigned tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
