Job Description
The service Admin Clerk shall ensure accurate monitoring and control of the administrative requirements of the Dealer Service workshop in relation to Service Team Members, logistical, and administrative needs.
Functions:
- Responsible for the general clerical works of the Service.
- Prepares weekly and monthly service performance and revenue reports (external and internal).
- Prepares and monitors monthly PMS Claims.
- Prepares payables to suppliers.
- Preparation of Repair Order for the Sales Department’s request for Rustproofing and Internal Repair Order for Accessories Department’s request for accessories installation.
- Assist customers at the Reception Area and prepares Repair Orders and Internal Repair Orders in the absence of Service Advisors.
- Maintains accurate files of incoming and outgoing communications (confidential and non-confidential).
- Maintains the orderliness of the Service Bulletin Board.
- Maintains accurate records on all documents transmitted to the Sales Department and Finance and Administration Department.
- Monitors outstanding Repair Order and Internal Repair Order.
Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
