Job Description
A Service Advisor is a vital role within our company, responsible for providing excellent customer service and advice regarding automotive repairs and maintenance. As a Service Advisor, you will be the point of contact for customers, helping them understand their vehicle’s issues and providing solutions that meet their needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Listening to customers’ concerns and questions regarding their vehicles
- Ensuring accurate documentation of customer information and vehicle data
- Communicating with technicians to diagnose and develop repair plans
- Explaining repairs, costs, and repair recommendations to customers
- Scheduling appointments and managing the workflow in the service department
- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
If you have excellent communication skills, automotive knowledge, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position is perfect for you. Prior experience in customer service or the automotive industry is an advantage.
