Job Description
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking repairs or maintenance for their vehicles. Your responsibilities include evaluating service needs, scheduling appointments, and providing cost estimates. Additionally, you will communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and recommend necessary services based on assessments. Strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and customer service experience are required for this role.
