Job Description
Providing customer services in the Dealership Service Workshop through liaising between the customer and the workshop
Monitoring the progress of vehicles being serviced, giving technical advice on maintenance and repair needs
To ensure that all vehicles leaving the workshop are of the highest quality in order to deliver complete customer satisfaction.
Proper and timely compliance with service reception procedural, documentation, and reportorial requirements as prescribed by AUTOHUB, Plant/Manufacturer, and/or government regulatory bodies.
