Job Description
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Automotive Technology or any related courses.
- Will provide service support to the customers including initiation and/or implementation of corrective action as needed.
- Handling incoming requests from customers to ensure elicit resolutions of the queries.
- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customers concerns, and sells additional service when appropriate.
- Knowledgeable in Truck Parts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
