DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets all customers promptly; provides timely professional service.
- Conducts vehicle inspection checklist for the incoming and outgoing units with prepared repair order.
- Uses computer systems to look up customer’s service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information and manage information.
- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
- Asks relevant questions regarding repair or service request to ensure proper servicing of vehicle.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- We are looking for a full-time individual who has a passion for talking and dealing with people, is a customer advocate, a seller, has a cheerful personality, is system & process-oriented, responsible, embodies a helpful attitude, and has basic knowledge in the auto industry to join our dynamic team.
- Graduate of any Business, Mechanical, Automotive Technology, or equivalent.
- Ability to present materials & communicate in writing in a fluent and logical manner.
- Proven ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed.
- Must be customer-oriented and articulate.
