Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for all auto repair queries and concerns.
Evaluate the customer’s needs and offer suitable solutions.
Advise on necessary car repair and services.
Liaise with technicians to ensure effective communication between the parties.
Facilitate smooth and efficient workflow within the company by scheduling repair services.
Review and explain technical diagnoses and costs to customers.
Resolve customer complaints satisfactorily.
Uphold the company’s reputation and brand image by providing excellent customer service.
