Job Summary:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers needing body repair and paint services, managing the entire service process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and assess vehicle repair needs.
– Prepare accurate repair estimates and ensure proper documentation.
– Schedule repair appointments and monitor repair progress.
– Inspect completed repairs and ensure a smooth delivery process.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma; automotive experience preferred.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Basic computer skills are required.
