Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to determine and estimate the cost of repair
- Submit repair orders to technicians
- Collect payment after repairs are completed
- Establish excellent customer relationships
- Answer customer questions about services
- Suggestively sell products and services to clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the interaction
- Schedule and book appointments, unit drop-offs, and pick-ups
- Communicate with technicians about unit statuses and repair needs
- Liaise with technicians about parts ordering and communicate any time restrictions to customers
- Process customer payments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
