Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
2. With significant work experience.
3. Proficiency in windows-based application & Internet.
4. Must be customer-oriented.
5. Possesses a valid professional driver’s license.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Attends walk-in customers for automotive services.
2. Handles inquiries and addresses vehicle concerns in coordination with other departments.
3. Processes documentation for vehicle service maintenance, repair, warranty claim, and insurance claim.
