Job Description
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes, and invoices
- Providing customer support via phone and face to face at the dealership
- Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers
- Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle
- Representing the brand towards customers
- Graduate of 4-year course in Engineering or Business-related course
- With at least 5 years related experience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Driving skill is an advantage
