Job Description
The Service Advisor is responsible for advising customers on available parts for replacement, service needed, and service options. He also provides computation for the services offered and parts to be replaced. The Service Advisor liaises between the customers and service technicians and communicates vehicular problems, repair timeline, and provide customers with accurate descriptions about the customers’ concerns vice versa.
