Job Description
The Laus Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Service and Parts Supervisor to implement and achieve daily, monthly, and annual targets. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the Business Manager, reviewing aftersales performance, managing service workshops, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 4 years of experience in auto aftersales. Excellent customer relations skills are essential.
