Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is looking for a dedicated Service Associate to join our Horizon Club team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing guest relations and loyalty while ensuring the seamless operation of our services. Your responsibilities will include promptly addressing guest requests, facilitating check-in and check-out procedures, and contributing to the overall quality of our guests’ experiences.
