Job Description
Shipment Arrangement (Inbound/Outbound Spare Parts and RMA process) – To receive service claims from walk-in customers at the service counter.
To do initial product checklist and log the case into the system.
Arrange pick up of goods from the warehouse by phone/email with courier/freight forwarder on a timely basis.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Perform other duties as needed.
