Job Description
We are seeking a Service Center Manager to oversee daily operations, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and lead technical teams. The successful candidate will supervise repair workflows, coordinate technician schedules, track and report KPIs, manage inventory control, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years in service or operations management; proven leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills; familiarity with CRM and inventory systems. Experience in automotive or electronics service centers preferred.
