Job Description
Client Management – Delivers an exceptional client experience, meeting expectations consistently.
Project Management – Basic knowledge of MAS products, services, processes. Willing to complete stretch assignments.
Technical Support – Resolve technical issues related to EDI, work closely with OES, Service, and other BTS groups.
Partnership Driver – Builds collaborative partnerships with associates & leaders to improve Service results.
Work Independently, troubleshoot and resolve client concerns. Competent communication skills with clients & internal support groups.
