Job Description
Powertech Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for a highly organized Service Coordinator to become a vital member of our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing technical support, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through social media, phone, and email.
- Oversee daily operations within the Powerstation Department.
- Coordinate technical issues and repairs with our Service Center.
- Schedule service technicians and manage inventory effectively.
