Job Description
PRIMARY ROLE:
The Service Crew (Dining) is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using their knowledge, hospitality, and service skills. Professionals with excellent knowledge of food & alcoholic beverage selections, they work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations and quality service.
DUTIES:
- Understand company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and order
- Ensure all guests receive responsive, friendly service
- Greet guests professionally within one minute
- Take orders with specified timing
- Set up the dining room with precision
- Compute guests’ bills accurately
- Transport food promptly to guests
- Have in-depth menu knowledge and address guest requests effectively
- Perform opening and closing tasks
- Inform management of any guest issues
- Perform assigned tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
