Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for his/her assigned station and provides customer service according to prescribed standards.
- Attends to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. Prepares reports on guest count, reservations, and related matters.
- Responsible for drink mixing and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Responsible for the receipt, handling, recording, and custody of cash and other store funds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course.
- With at least 6 months of work experience in the food industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Abreeza Mall, Davao City.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php11,500.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
