Job Description

The Service Crew at JT’s Manukan Grille is responsible for presenting menus to patrons, taking orders, and answering questions on meal items. They make recommendations, serve food and beverages, and prepare the bill with total meal costs and sales taxes. Additionally, they perform cashiering duties.

Service Crew Duties and Responsibilities

• Process Payments: Service crew members process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.
• Interact with Customers: They engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Use Selling Techniques: Service crew members employ selling techniques to promote menu items and maximize sales.
• Clean: They maintain cleanliness in dining areas and workstations, adhering to proper sanitation standards.
• Maintain Stock: Service crew members monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Greet Customers: They warmly welcome customers upon arrival and guide them to their seats.
• Fill Food Orders: Members of the service crew accurately and promptly fulfill food orders.
• Serve Food: They deliver food and beverages to customers, ensuring efficient and friendly service.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php15,860.00 per month
