Job Description
Lemon na Bai Inc. is currently looking for a dedicated Accounting Staff member to support our accounting officer. This position involves processing and recording transactions, verifying documents, and preparing reports as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review reports on store operations
- Monitor journals and sales invoices
- Prepare documentation for sales invoices
- Ensure all necessary documents are notarized
- File reports related to store operations
- Update records of sales and deposits
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must reside in or near Santa Rosa, Laguna
- Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel
