Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Creates positive and delightful customer experience with our product and brands;
- Performs basic inventory of all products to ensure correct and accurate data;
- Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times;
- Monitors and ensures complete product availability at all times;
- Entertains and caters to customers’ complaints, queries, requests, needs, suggestions, and recommendations;
- Prepares reports and documentations as directed by the immediate superior;
- Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate or at least college level;
- Must have a pleasing personality;
- Fast learner and willing to grow with the company;
- Possess a customer service oriented mindset, trustworthy, self-motivated, hardworking, and a team player;
- Comfortable working with others;
- Good decision making, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- With or without experience;
- Positive personal values and strong work ethic.
