Job Description
Must be willing to be assigned in SHAKE SHACK NAIA (Pasay City)
Shack Team Members are responsible for executing the day-to-day operational duties and responsibilities of the Shack that supports operational standards and the culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages service flow ensuring Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and Speed
- Excellent execution of kitchen and floor responsibilities
- Active in self-training and development
- Aware of controlling methods for operational excellence
- Maintains facility and equipment standards
Conditions of Employment:
- 6 days/week, shifting schedule
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or College Level in Hospitality Management or related
- Experience in F&B or Food Industry
- Team player with good communication skills
