Job Description
The Service Crew at TIMS COFFEE upholds Brand Standards and food safety through operational excellence during shifts. Responsibilities include maintaining station cleanliness and readiness.
Operations Execution:
- Accurately prepares and serves Guests within speed guidelines.
- Follows shift plans for efficient production.
- Adheres to quality food preparation standards.
- Delivers products promptly.
- Exhibits patience and positivity in tasks and Guest interactions.
Brand Standards and Food Safety:
- Maintains professional, friendly attitude with Guests and team.
- Adapts to team needs for Brand Standards and food safety.
- Shows care during Guest recovery situations.
Restaurant Compliance:
- Ensures cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Promptly reports safety violations.
- Complies with Health and Safety protocols.
- Demonstrates reliability in compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
