Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 7 years in a similar role
- Proficient in ITIL v3
- Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing Technologies, including Azure and AWS
Job Description:
- Oversee service delivery to ensure quality standards.
- Lead and manage the service delivery team.
- Develop client relationships and manage expectations.
- Implement solutions to service issues.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
