Job Description
We seek a Service Delivery Lead to ensure the operational readiness of a new in-house team and uninterrupted service delivery. You will establish incident, request, and change support processes; create and validate OLAs with internal IT teams; and design an internal service model to transition from vendor management. You will oversee ticketing and escalation paths, manage service reporting, coordinate daily operations handovers, ensure team readiness for cutover, and monitor hypercare performance and stabilization metrics.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT, Management, or related field
- Project Management and ITIL certifications preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Delivery Lead
- Must work full onsite in Cubao
