Job Description

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Amenable to work onsite in Antipolo
- Open for Nightshift schedule
- Can start ASAP
- Experience in managing customer service operations – Financial Accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong People and Project Management Skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of 65 to 80 and accounts/clients not exceeding 20
- Assist in establishing and driving KPIs and SLAs
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Work with Work Force Manager for scheduling needs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
Schedule: Evening and Night Shift
