Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- 100% VOICE ACCOUNT
- Manage and supervise professional employees/supervisors
- Coordinate daily team activities, set priorities, and ensure goal achievement
- Resolve operational problems, provide coaching and feedback
- Handle 500+ HC, knowledge of call center systems and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- 2+ years Senior Operations Manager in BPO Voice International Account
- Experience handling 300+ FTEs, Six Sigma Certification preferred
Location: Davao City
Schedule and Shift: Graveyard shift (7PM-11AM); Shifting schedule: RTO
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php130,00.00 – Php150,00.00 per month
