Job Description
As a Service Delivery Manager [SPG], you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of services to clients within the SPG sector. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring service levels are met, and addressing any issues that may arise during service delivery.
You will also be monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing data to improve service efficiency, and implementing service improvement initiatives.
