Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Service Delivery Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Service Delivery Officer, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and ensuring that service level agreements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that services are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, making recommendations for improvements or adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and contract requirements.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to clients on service delivery and performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in service delivery or client management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
