PROJECT NAME: CX-O F&A Capability Team
POSITION TITLE: Service Delivery Ops Lead Manager
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivery support on Transformation Initiatives
- Quality and Productivity improvement
- Client escalations handling
- Process assessment for enhancements
- SME for RTR benchmarks
- Project Manager for tool deployment
- Capacity planning for team staffing
OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift
Project Rest Day: Rotation Off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8-12 years work experience; 5-10 years supervisory experience
- RTR domain expertise
- Finance education
- Proficient in SAP, Blackline, and related technologies
