Job Description
Accenture is looking for a driven Service Delivery Ops Team Lead to supervise our Provisioning Coordinators. This hybrid position demands exceptional leadership abilities to enhance team processes, manage service escalations, and engage in quarterly capacity planning.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and Network roles, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. We invite applications from both recent graduates and undergraduates with pertinent operational experience.
Project Shift Schedule: Rotational | Project Rest Day: Rotational | Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2.
