Position Title: Service Delivery Ops Lead Manager
Work Set Up: RTO
Overall Purpose of the Job:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and execute projects and programs
- Ensure execution of delivery work across clients or portfolios
- Implement standard SLA commitments and operational metrics
- Manage recruiting, staffing, and capacity of service delivery staff
- Lead large teams and work with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in process and operations transformation

Skill and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years delivery experience in a customer contact environment
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Good communication skills
