Job Description
Accenture is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Ops Manager. As the Service Delivery Ops Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the readiness of month-end activities, balance sheet integrity, and statutory compliance. You will also be responsible for aligning the team with the strategic direction set by senior management and proposing solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Understanding of US Accounting principles and procedures (Including FASB standards e.g., ASC 842 for leases)
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft or Oracle Cloud systems would be an advantage
- Working experience of Power BI, Power Automate will be preferred
- Good working knowledge on month-end closing, intercompany processes, reconciliations, cash management and cash accounting, and fixed assets processes
- Understanding of US Healthcare systems or lease accounting is an added advantage
