Job Description
Main Job Purpose: As a Service Delivery Specialist at Capgemini, you will support Retsol and Channel programs by overseeing the end-to-end operations of Purchase Order processing and IO Budget Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operationalize budget-related activities for Channels and Retail Solutions Team.
- Manage creation of Purchase Orders for timely execution.
- Monitor IO usage and ensure budget compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain an updated budget dashboard.
Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, at least 6 years of budget experience, preferably in FMCG. Strong communication, Excel, and analytical skills are essential.
