Job Description
Johnson Controls is seeking a qualified Service Delivery Supervisor to enhance our service agreement renewal process. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate contract scheduling, oversee revenue forecasting, and manage accounts receivable tasks, including collections and authorization for new customers.
Your key responsibilities will include monitoring contract renewals, generating expense and service transaction reports, maintaining customer account records, addressing accounts receivable disputes, and assisting with parts ordering and warranty concerns.
Ideal candidates will possess a degree in a business-related field, preferably in Accountancy, along with a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
