Job Description
We are seeking a Service Design Lead to optimize customer interaction journeys, elevate experience, and increase operational efficiency. The role includes designing workflows, applying enabling technologies, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, reviewing and approving Change Management Requests, and producing clear contact center work instructions.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years in service support (telecommunications preferred); advanced workflow design and process optimization skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Proficiencies: Effective use of technology to improve operations, excellent communication across all levels, and the ability to prioritize and drive continuous improvement.
