Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Desk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include resolving IT support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining accurate records of all service desk activities. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are essential for success in this role.
If you have a passion for technology and a problem-solving mindset, we want to hear from you. Previous experience in a service desk or helpdesk role is preferred.
