Job Description

A Service Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to internal and external clients. The agent will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues and will act as a liaison between users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming service desk tickets and support requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions or escalate to the appropriate team.
  • Track and document all support interactions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Offer high-level customer service by being professional, patient, and empathetic.
  • Provide user guidance, training, and support for IT systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience working in a service desk or customer support role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.
