Job Description:

  • Monitors all systems.
  • Resolve technical issues.
  • Gather all user information for assessment.
  • Proposes new analytics reports and projects.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related
  • Experienced in Ticketing system
  • Okay to work in shifting schedule
  • Okay to work onsite
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
